Hi Pawel, relaxing before the speech or presentation, or even being able to do so is probably one of the key elements of preparation. If you can’t do it, it means that you’re not good at what you do. But you’re right, you can learn it though.

I think in one way making it fun for you and the audience is the most difficult part of the process. Especially at the start, no matter how well you are prepared you will always find yourself too stressed to think of anything else. The good news is, I think, that public speaking is not a gift and as you say, it can be mastered.
