Have You Personally Aligned Your Energy?

When you bring up things you’re concerned about and work it out in your personal aligning formula, you’ll see that it’s OK to feel that way.

You’ll then be able to more easily shift your vibration to more of what you want to feel and become more of a match with people and situations that you would not have had access too had you not done the aligning part.

You feel calm and that energy is translated to the person you’re talking to .  You’re focused and interested in a positive outcome.

There is so much going on telepathically.  There is so much going on energetically.  You want to utilize this and leverage your energy on it.

You’ve set the intention in yourself to work to the highest good in the upcoming interaction.

Now you can set the dominant vibration for the energy flow ahead.  You do this by setting the energy stage.

Setting the energy stage means getting on the same page energetically as the person you’re connecting with. You might think of any time you’re connecting with people as a sacred serving opportunity.

You begin any sacred serving opportunity by allowing an energy of trust to be included in the communication.

• State your intentions to partner with higher energy
• Share your intentions in the conversation with someone
• Feel a sense of connection and joy
• Be detached from the specific outcome
• Ask the other person if they would like to share your intentions
• Help them feel co-creation in the experience
• Set the stage

You can ask people before you talk to them that they not multi-task during the conversation.

Make sure to ask people how they found you. You want to know what marketing efforts are working and who you might want to send a thank you note to.

You could also ask “What motivated you to contact me now?”

This is always very interesting because sometimes there are things that are happening that have catapulted someone into talking to you that move them along the scale where they’re a lot more connected vibrationally to your solutions.

Perhaps they’ve already started to become more understanding of the implications of their problems or issues.  Maybe they’re further along down that road and if so you’ll know that.

You are going to actually make this into a road map or script for yourself.

You’re taking the person and yourself through this energetic process the same way every time.

There is a tremendous amount of value and consistency in this that allows you to ultimately leverage this system and have other people sell for you!

Do You Take Yourself Too Seriously?

Often the most powerful way to manage your energy is to be absolutely outrageous in your thinking in what is possible. There are solutions that you have no idea are available to you – you just need to line up with them vibrationally.

Don’t take yourself so seriously!  As you have that lighter energy, you match up with more of the same!

Be humorous about things.  In being light and playful and curious, shifts happen.  In taking baby steps, a lot of grace and ease can happen and things can come to you in an easier and more joyful way.  You can turn a corner and attract clients or business contacts to serve in ways you had never imagined.

Anyone in business is a sales person – whether you think you are or not. You don’t have a business unless someone buys what you have – whether it is your product or service or they contract with you for something.

Serving is about helping people see that you have a match for them, and NOT from a standpoint of your agenda.  People can feel that as low vibrational energy.

When your career takes off and changes, it will be because you have experienced a powerful insight.  You will start talking to someone and you’ll suddenly realize that you are seeing this person.  Maybe their eyes will sort of light up.  There will be something that makes you realize that a shift is happening inside of you.

Do You Know the Formula to Selling?

In order to create a selling process there are specific questions you can ask to help people move through a co-creational energetic process.

It is a formula.  It requires a bit of a mindset shift to add structure to what you normally think of as just talking to people.

The first part of the formula is to align your own energy. It is very effective in one on one personal connections and it can be adapted to any situation.

Before you begin communicating with someone, for example, at a speaking engagement, an interview or sales opportunity or on the telephone, you can line up your energy.

How do you do that?

First begin by partnering with your inner guidance in order to get connected intentionally at a heart level.  You want to bring your intentions in.

• What kind of intentions do you have?
• Do you want to help them to explore more?
• Do you want to serve them and be detached from the outcome?
• Why not say that?

You want to be clear about what you want to happen in the experience before you have the experience.  You are not focusing on the exact outcome but more on the essences.

How can you tell what the essence is?

Well…How do you want to feel?

What you want to feel is the essence!  You want to clearly identify how you’ll feel through the process.  This is pre-paving before you have a conversation.

This part of the formula is aligning your personal energy.  In all of this you are stating your desire to connect to your inner guidance in the conversation and to include that higher guidance in the experience to guide your words and your questions to guide the other person to their highest good!

At the end, let go of any attachment to specific ways to how it’ll all work out and ask for inspired actions from your highest guidance.

Do You Know How To Feel and Expect What You Want?

Since your life manifests your thoughts, what you focus your attention on multiplies.

When you focus on your burning desire and the desire for serving other people, you will reap what you desire.

Transforming Selling to Serving means coming from a position of choice – and seeing how you contribute to every life experience and how you want to contribute.

See your role as a contributor in sharing your desires for yourself and for others that experience you.  To manifest customers/clients and to serve others, you need to feel and expect what you want. Trust that it is on its way.

Choosing what you want and believing you have the excitement and energy to create it is why business grows.

Wanting to share that excitement and energy – and then doing so without fear – allows you to serve from the heart.  You’ll know your next inspired actions based on your values.

Partner with Spirit or your Inner guidance. Create an intense, burning desire and the actions will follow.  Radiate what you desire.  Visualize what you want and declare it!

For you to have a booming business, you must see yourself in community contributing to others and sharing your services or callings with them.

Everyone is connected through an energy matrix – vibrationally linked – which makes it important to take a closer look at the energetic differences in transforming selling to serving.

Inventory your thoughts. When you consider selling or when you consider what it feels like to be sold to, what feelings come to the surface for you?  Many of my students have shared that it felt like a sense of burden, deception, convincing delivery, manipulation and Ugh!

Do you really want to attract clients that match you at this vibratory level?

The alternative to selling to your clients is to think about how you can partner with them, taking on a serving posture versus a selling one.

Why? Well, consider how it feels for you when someone honors your agenda.  Consider how it feels when someone genuinely wants to serve you, with highest intention and non-attachment to the outcome.

What feelings are coming up now?  How attractive is this energy?

How is the energy different in serving versus selling?

Why is an Outer Process Alone Not Enough?

Having a strong Outer Process is essential to a successful business, but depending on the Outer Process alone is not going to get you very far.

If you’re not getting the results you want, the place you have to look at first is inside, and then you look at the outside.

9 times out of 10, it’s something on the inside that is impacting what you do on the outside.

If you are like many people, you’ve never thought about having an inner approach to your business.

You think about the outer approach – how to get more sales, how to create a website, how to do direct mail marketing – always doing, doing, doing.

Of course, these things ARE important.  And you may have great ideas and processes in place already, or, if you are like many new entrepreneurs, you may simply have a passion for something without much of an idea of how to do those Outer Processes (sales, marketing, web sites, etc.)

But whether you have those systems in place already or not, if you are like many human beings, you may very well spend much of your life worrying about what is going to happen – telling yourself “what if” stories about anything and everything that you want to achieve.

Your “what if” stories are where you’ll discover your lower level energy beliefs. They tell you about your regrets of the past and your fears of the future.

Think about how that all feels. When you have a feeling and when you think something about it – whether it is true, or you are just thinking of it – your mind can’t tell the difference.

Your mind doesn’t know whether it is real or not. You actually think it is real, so you feel those feelings. As you’re feeling, you are sending out an energy signal. The feelings actually create the energy signal.  That is “vibrational output”.

Say you are worried about going out of business. You can’t sleep. You wake up at night worrying. The signals or the energy you are sending out is: “I’m afraid I will go out of business.”

You will match up through energetic connections with people and situations to help you fulfill that prophecy.

You make a small shift when you start acknowledging what you are afraid of.

When you recognize what you have activated in you (the stories) and you just let them be OK – you alter the vibrational output.

Then, by focusing more on how you want to feel, you start to shift that vibrational output even more as you begin the process of managing change.

Managing your energy at that Inner, foundational level is what enables you to have greater success on every Outer action that you take regarding your business!

Of course, you do need an outer process, a tangible method that you can count on, that feels good to you and to anyone that is considering using your services or products.

If you don’t have an outer process, you are just paddling upstream!

When you talk to people, they will feel that vibrational connection to buy what you have. They will feel like you are an answer to a prayer! And they are an answer to yours!

You can actually use a coaching process that helps activate the possibilities in your potential customers and clients. You sell yourself at an energy level, which means that you don’t have to try to convince your customers or clients to buy at all!

One life coach immediately appreciated the value of transforming selling into serving.  At her very first try, not only did the prospect become her client, but she was paid in full the first time for a series of sessions. This coach had never offered that option before. Opportunities opened up for her in new ways.

There is a New Awakening

If you have never really worked out how you feel and identified the beliefs you may have about “selling”, you may be needlessly spinning your wheels.

When you are in the position of selling and feeling like you are trying to get someone to do something that they don’t want to do, think about what is happening.

Usually you don’t like doing things because you have internalized some common untrue beliefs:
•    I am not good at it
•    It does not work well for me
•    I am not deserving of it

Real Success is an Inside Job

There is a way to recession proof your life and business.

Energy management is the way to activate the changes necessary to ride with the times.

Some new language is needed here, so let me talk about what I mean by the term “Energy Management”.

There are a few things you should be aware of . . .

I believe there is a Higher Guidance that operates within everyone. It connects everyone at an energy level and this is an energy source from which all life force flows.

You can call that Source of energy “God” or “Spirit” or whatever word works for you, but it connects everyone. When you are able to consciously tap into that connection, you have tapped into unlimited potential.

It’s just not something that has been taught at business schools.

There are several parts to this idea of “Energy Management”.

This energy source operates at a very high level of frequency. To be able to consciously tap into that potential, you have to be operating at a similar frequency.

Thoughts like love and peace and how to serve others are thoughts that when measured (and you can measure them now) literally vibrate at a higher frequency than thoughts and feelings of anger and even frustration.

When you focus in these higher vibrational frequencies, you have a direct connection to that energy. This is your “Inner Coach” or “Inner Team”.

Now comes the next part of this idea of Energy Management.

This is one of the most exciting things to share with people who are in business or wanting to start a business!

Most people have come to believe that results are based solely on the actions they take. Or, that they are at the mercy of the outside world around them – and that they really have very little to say about it.

These people end up feeling depressed and alone. There are over 7.5 million depressed women and 4 million depressed men in the world!

Perhaps women are admitting their depression more frequently than men! In any event, the root of depression is about feeling disempowered.

What you have not been taught is that your thoughts and feelings produce a kind of frequency. This energy will connect with other “like” or similar energies.

You can use this energy frequency to significantly impact your life and business. Since everyone is connected telepathically, you need to better understand that how you focus your thoughts and feelings makes a BIG difference in your results.

Do You Know How Important Sales Negotiation Training Is For Your Business?

I recently taught sales negotiation training to a corporate client’s company.  They were seeking guidance in their procedure.  What I teach is how people can come into sales negotiations with a softer approach.

The intellectual goal of the company was win win but the energy they were giving off was aggressive, manipulative, and condescending.

The CEO was confident in his teams negotiation skills but felt that the previous training they had was out of step with the positive energy he wanted in the business.

People that these sales negotiators worked with could pick up on the negative energy they were giving off and it was making sales very difficult to close.

The CEO gave me a videotape of a negotiation so that I could see what was happening and the best way to change that. I saw that the words were correct but the body language was out of alignment.

Do you know how important sales negotiation training is for your business?
There were two people in particular that I wanted to work with.  One was a man and the other a woman.  I spoke with them individually and even though they had not spoken prior to the meeting they both said basically the same thing to me.  They felt undervalued, resentful and manipulated.  This was the energy drain people were picking up on.

These meetings were confidential so as I probed deeper I found that these two people were in a relationship which was prohibited by the company.

Together we worked on shifting their beliefs and activating new beliefs.  As they felt better about their positions and gained more confidence they requested the company policy on relationships be re-evaluated.

The policy was eliminated and this ended up with them having better results because they were extremely effective when they worked together.

Make sure that you:
•    Emit positive energy
•    Align your body language with your words
•    Shift the beliefs that are not working for you

Positive energy can be felt by people as well as negative.  Make sure that in negotiations you are in the right frame of mind otherwise people will pick up on that not only in your voice but in your body language.

Shift your beliefs from the ones that don’t work for you to ones that do.  Take baby steps in these shifts and you will start to see great results quickly.
