Recently, on my Blog Talk Radio I interviewed an expert named Coach Carl on NO Money
Down Joint Ventures. For nearly 8 years both Carl and I have created joint ventures, over 200 that have helped produce best selling books, cash flow as much as $96,000 in 30 days
and built large and lucrative databases without spending a DIME of our
own money.

To listen to that interview click here.

Joint ventures are the most powerful strategy to make money and YET
are the most under-utilized strategy available.

It is a no-brainer business strategy.

If you have a business, product or service that deserves more
attention and you want to create more income, then don’t miss out on
this easy and fast way to make money that we will teach you step
by step!

Joint Ventures are simple. If you have a product, and I have a
database to market to, I can easily send an email out to everyone I
have done business with promoting you. When they buy your product or
service you and I share the profits. Even if you don’t have a product
but you have a service you can still use joint ventures online and
offline to make money in a few weeks!

How much did that joint venture cost you?

NOTHING!
Zilch!
Nadda!

How much did it cost me (the person who promoted you)? Nothing!
Zilch! Nadda! Is this a win-win relationship? Absolutely!

Best-selling authors, businesses, speakers, networkers, coaches and
entrepreneurs are using this strategy frequently to make money and
build their business.

Carl and I are offering a 5-week program called Joint Ventures Made
EASY!!!

In this upcoming teleclass you will also learn:

* What joint venture are and how to set them up
(the Do’s and Dont’s)
* Who to joint venture with and niche market your
product or service
* How to build a database joint venturing with
other companies
* How to create an extra $25,000 to $50,000 per
year in income by creating joint ventures
* A simple approach to starting and completing
successful joint ventures

What we share with you is JOINT VENTURES MADE EASY!

We will show you how to create consistent revenue streams using Joint
Venture Strategies & Strategic Partnerships.

I’ve done it myself and so has Carl!

It is all about starting in the right place. For those of you who are
ready to start the program now and want to be one of only 50 people
who will be able to participate in this one-time offer, register now.

All the Spiritualpreneurs that listen to my weekly Blog Talk Radio Show Empowering Spiritualpreneurs may have heard my recent call with Dr. Joe Rubino.

Dr. Joe Rubino has great advice on raising your self esteem and how low self esteem is affecting your business.

Do you know how to raise your self esteem?
• Heal the past and stop reliving it
• Accept your life now and take inventory…what works, what doesn’t etc.
• Don’t let negative self talk sabotage your life. Don’t feel poorly about yourself.

Dr. Joe Rubino has a Gratitude and Appreciation Event going on until midnight Thursday, July 16, for his extremely popular and effective self-esteem building package.

People from around the world are choosing to be part of this revolution in creating a new self-image, the starting point for fundamental change.

It’s so important to get to the root of what’s been holding you back, especially in times like these when you are constantly being barraged by negative input from the media about everything that’s supposedly wrong in the world.

So much of our personal foundation is built around our self-image and making even the most subtle changes in building that vitally important self-esteem base can create dramatic changes in all areas of your life — long-lasting, permanent changes.

To get your copy of this incredibly popular audio and book combo package, for half off Until the 16th click here.

You can choose to finally let go of the fear, the pain, the frustration, the anger, and to be a shining light for those around you.

You can choose to have stronger relationships, more financial and personal success, even better health and vitality…it’s truly amazing when you discover everything that is directly connected to your self-esteem.

The magic happens the moment you choose to live differently, passionately, bravely and set your life on a brand new path of success in every area. This program gives you the step-by-step process to create that magic.

If you missed the show, you can listen to it right here in the Episodes on Demand section of my profile.

This week I will be doing something a little different – In light of the upcoming 30 Day Empowered Spiritualpreneur Challenge, I am hosting a special Q&A call in an opportunity for you to receive coaching directly from me.

Email your questions prior to the show to our producer, Marney, at marney@coachingfromspirit.com, with the subject line: Blog Talk Radio June 16th Question. AND, join us on the chat room during the show, and I will answer as many questions as I can during the call.

As a coach I’ve often seen how listening in on a group coaching session can often be just as powerful as a one-on-one – you frequently hear answers you and solutions you didn’t even know you were looking for!

When you listen in tomorrow, you’ll be joining in with a powerful energy grid of like-minded Spiritualpreneurs – even if you’re just listening to the recording! Hold the intention together with me that through hearing these questions and answers, you’ll truly be more empowered to soar and shine in 2009 in your life and business – and in all that you do!

You may have already heard of Joe Nunziata – a good friend, colleague of mine, and fellow Spiritualpreneur.

A couple of days ago I had the privilege of interviewing Joe on my Blog Talk Radio Show, Empowering Spiritualpreneurs, where we discussed how Joe moved gradually from the position of New York truck driver, to entrepreneur, to the Spiritual Seller that he is today.

What Joe teaches is so much in alignment with what you are learning here in the Spiritualpreneur Challenge and the blog, and it is always exciting to see further evidence of the power of using these transformative principles to achieve amazing success in life and business.

One of the things Joe and I discussed was how important it is to attract clients and customers not only based on how much money they have or how big their business is, but on their personal traits.

Joe emphasized this huge part of being a Spiritual Seller or a Spiritualpreneur is that you are always wanting to blend both sides of someone – they may have great business, but does their character match up as well?

The way you want to come at it is, the people I want to work with should make me feel good about what I’m doing. Joe talked about how this is such an important part of building spiritual energy, and shared a story that very clearly illustrated this idea.

He said a woman called him on the phone and just jumped right in with very fast, very loud pitching – Oh you’re the best I want to work with you We can do so much Let’s talk Everyone’s recommended you We can work together and on and on!

Her energy was so frenetic and abrasive to him – and because he recognized this right away, he was able to respond, “You know, we’re just not a good match to be working together”.

The woman was not happy to hear that! But it’s a part of the process of being where you want to be in sales and in your business – think about how many people would have just said yes and put up with that type of energy because they’re desperate for the sale?

Knowing who you are a match to work with is really what is going to transform everything you do in your business – it’s working out of abundance vs. fear – out of alignment rather than misalignment.

Joe says (and I fully agree) that attraction works that much better when you have a clear vision of exactly what you want to do and exactly what type of person you want to work with – because when you have this clarity, you are putting out that energy to attract people that really honor you.

If you don’t have this type of clarity, you can end up jumping through hoops, working with people that aren’t paying you, people that don’t make you feel good – and overall being miserable and living back in that idea that sales is hard and no fun and pushy and just something you don’t want to be doing.

The reality is, there is a better way – a way to not only enjoy all of this, but to be even more successful because of it, and it’s all about finding the vibrational match to you!

Joe suggested that you start to make a list:

I want people to pay me on time

I want people that respect me

I want people that value me

I want someone that is reliable

Write down everything that you want in this ideal client or customer, and remember that it works in the reverse as well – if you want to attract all of those things, it is equally as important that you BE all of those things!

You can also get more in depth with identifying all of these aspects of your ideal client by studying and applying the Problem Solution Template that you’ll find in the 30 Day Empowered Spiritualpreneur Challenge.

So – Spiritual Seller – Spiritualpreneur: Remember – getting the sale is not the most important part of selling.

The experience that you have (and that your customer or client has) is just as important as the end result.
Making a conscious effort to recognize and apply this will truly make everything about your business and about selling more enjoyable for you!

Be sure to listen in on the rest of this interview (www.coachingfromspirit.com/blogtalkradio) to hear some more great insight from Joe, and check out his upcoming free teleseminar series on how you can Stop Chasing Business and start combining powerful spiritual principles with proven sales strategies. www.coachingfromspirit.com/stopchasing.

If you’re like most people, you’re probably interested in manifesting more money these days.

A quick look around online and you can find classes promising everything from “Get Rich Quick” schemes to programs that teach you how to invest in the stock market, buy and sell real estate or even get your inventions on Oprah!

Even in our current economy, I believe that there have never been more opportunities for manifesting wealth, but at the same time, there are not many opportunities available that support you in developing a maturity about money.

A person with “money maturity” has a plan for their long-term wealth that includes more than just a balanced portfolio.

It also includes a life plan in which you are doing work you love and creating and spending your money in ways that are aligned with your Life Vision.

Top financial advisor, Cynthia Fick, offers you three tips to create a relationship with your money that is based on a deeper connection to your own Inner Guidance and a solid financial plan that reflects what is important to you.

Her Financial/Life Plan considers how your beliefs about money impact your financial decisions and your level of confidence in your ability to earn money and let money work for you.

Cynthia believes that every Spiritualpreneur needs to create a Financial Life Plan. Check out her three suggestions for creating your own:

One: Take a financial check up on the inside first.

Have you ever considered how your programming from childhood and the relationship you have developed with money impacts you as an adult today? Begin your Financial-Life Planning by uncovering your beliefs about money and determining whether your beliefs are empowering or limiting to you financially.

Start by asking yourself these questions:

How did your family feel about money when you were growing up?

What were your money lessons?

How have those lessons affected your views today?

Two: Create a bigger Life Vision.

Create your life vision by realizing what is most important to you. Ask yourself:

How do I want to feel and BE with money in my life?

What do I want to BE, do or have?

Why is creating a bigger life Vision important?

When you get really clear on what you don’t want in your life and work, you then know more of what you do want.

Most people accept a life that is far from their Ideal Vision because they never allow themselves to believe that they could have the Ideal.

So, the second step to creating a Financial/Life Plan then is to write down all the things you don’t want with your finances (and why you don’t want those things) and list all the things you do want. This will begin to help you start forming a vision of your ideal life, based on what is most important to YOU!

You can then start creating a plan to achieve your Vision!

Three: Maximize What You Have.

Develop a plan to create/attract multiple income streams in your current work and or business that are in alignment with your brilliances.

Manifesting money can be easy when you find the match between what you are really good at and your passion!

I have found that people often don’t realize how many ways they can earn more money doing things they love! You should look to the things you love and are good at – tap into your Vein of Gold!

Creating a Financial-Life Plan that starts form the inside out is the best way to create wealth that will support you and serve the world!

Greg Braden, a former earth scientist and author of the Isaiah Effect, has this to say about the power and value you can find in visualizing and manifesting:

“The Soup of Creation exists as a state of all possibilities. All of the components for all the things we could ever conceive of, including life itself, exist as this state of possibility.

Although the components are there to build them, there has been no trigger to “nudge” them into motion.

The idea is very similar to making rock candy from a jar of sugared water. WE may place many tablespoons of sugar into the water and watch as sugar dissolves and disappears. Though we no longer see the sugar, we know it is hidden there somewhere in the water.

The sugar remains in the same state–invisible–until something comes along, a catalyst that triggers a new opportunity for the sugar and water to interact.

That trigger can be as simple as placing a fiber like a string into the water. The sugar-laden water seeps into the string, it evaporates and leaves behind the sugar.

In the absence of the water, the sugar now crystallizes into a new expression of itself.

When we create FEELINGS about things we choose to experience or want to experience in our world, our feelings are like the string in the sugar solution.

Into the possibilities of creation, we place a feeling picture, just enough energy to allow for a new possibility. The key to this system, however is creation gives us back precisely what our picture has shown.

The picture (THE FEELINGS) tells the soup of creation where we have placed our attention.

The emotion we attach to a picture attracts the picture’s possibility.

When we don’t ‘want’ something, an emotion based in fear, our fear actually fuels what we claim to not want.

These laws invite us to empower our choices by focusing on the positive FEELINGS that we choose to have, rather than preparing for the negative things we do not want.

CREATION ALLOWS US THE CONSEQUENCES OF OUR FEELINGS, BY PERPETUATING WHAT WE HAVE SHOWN CREATION A PICTURE OF.”

You can use focused visualization and intentional energy to FEEL and SEE the pictures of you already in the state of feeling as if your goals are accomplished!

If you want to learn more about this concept and how you can begin manifesting your dreams, be sure to tune into my Blog Talk Radio program today at 12 noon EST, when I will be speaking with ‘Manifesting Muse’, Debbi Chambers.

Find out what this author has to say on shifting from Entrepreneur to Spiritualpreneur!

The greater your ability to tune into, trust and act upon your Inner Guidance – even when logic would seem to dictate otherwise – the more you can experience your life from a place of ‘connectedness.’

Learning to connect in this way is a big part of making the shift from ‘entrepreneur’ to ‘Spiritualpreneur’!

You hold the intention to develop this ability by searching for ways to regain conscious access to what you already know intuitively.

You can find motivation in this search by discovering a ‘sense’ of what living a life from Spirit would look or feel like.

Envision being able to:

Respond to others, even in the midst of conflict, from a place of love

Maintain your boundaries in a loving manner

Receive, trust and act upon your Inner Guidance even when your life appears to be falling apart

Detach from the outcome of what you’re wanting in your life

Remain in the present moment even when children, significant others or colleagues are in a state of contrast

The paradox in searching for ways to develop your Inner Guidance is that it is that very Inner Guidance that will lead you to those experiences and mentors that can help you develop these abilities.

This month, begin to notice what opportunities appear in your life and your reactions to these opportunities.

Your gut reactions, the little voice in your head, your hunches – all are ways that your Inner Guidance speaks to you.

And if you’re looking for inspiration on your path, I invite you to come and hear from an entrepreneur that has gone through this very process to find amazing success in her business by joining me tomorrow on my Blog Talk Radio show, Empowering Spiritualpreneurs.

I will be interviewing ‘Manifesting Muse’ Debbi Chambers, author of Manifest Success: The Ultimate Guide to Creating the Life of Your Dreams’. Debbi is going to talk about why it is that people don’t accomplish their goals, and the steps that you can take to truly achieve what you want in your life.

You can visit www.coachingfromspirit.com/BlogTalkRadio to find out more about how you can listen in!

This year at Coaching From Spirit, I’ve really begun to see becoming a Spiritualpreneur as being on a journey, and as a Coach it’s exciting to me to be able to share my own journey with you through these online tools like blogging and social networking and my most recent setup on Blog Talk Radio!

I created the show, Empowering Spiritualpreneurs, as a way to bring people together in the Spiritualpreneur community to share tips, insights and resources with you from their own journeys as a way of empowering you as a Spiritualpreneur in all that you are doing.

Recently I had internationally recognized author, speaker, coach and editor of Synchronicity in Your Life Magazine, the Synchronicity Expert, Bill White as a guest on my show, and he shared a powerful story from his journey as a Spiritualpreneur!

Bill began with talking about how he wasn’t always a successful entrepreneur – for him it was a journey from blue collar work to white collar to finally getting into entrepreneurship.

He talked about having a lot of ambition and an entrepreneurial spirit when he was in grade school. In fact, he actually started a business in grade school of making necklaces and selling them to the other kids in class!

Unfortunately, the mothers that were sending their kids to school with lunch money that was being spent on Bill’s business venture didn’t appreciate it too much, and he wound up with being called to the principal’s office and being told to shut his business down.

A simple thing, perhaps, but Bill made an important point – it happens a lot to children when they have bright ideas – oftentimes an adult’s first response is to shut it down (even for what may seem like a good reason!).

But the child, when told at such a young age that, “You can’t do things like this”, may very well end up internalizing the “You Can’t” part of the message, which can affect them more than they may realize.

It was not many years later that Bill witnessed the absolute collapse of his family – his parents separated, his grandmother died on Christmas, his grandfather followed soon after, and he was crushed!

He just couldn’t understand how all of this could be happening and he rebelled against it, which meant that by the time he got to high school, despite the fact that he had good grades, a guidance counsellor took one look at him and told him that she thought he was best suited for blue collar work…

Once again, Bill had an authority figure helping him to create the “You Can’t” belief – something that he accepted and internalized, and that caused him to follow a path on his journey that he didn’t even realize he had a choice in for a very long time.

He kept that reality, and by his mid-20s, Bill was working as a contractor.

He was actually making great money, but he was absolutely miserable! There was nothing in his external world that was fulfilling what he actually wanted internally.

The programming and the beliefs he was brought up in – the stories that he was telling himself – were keeping him in something that didn’t match and didn’t jive with anything that he really wanted to do or be.

Bill shared on my show that through a unique series of synchronicities, he finally reaches several stages of unfolding in a different direction, though not all of the things he went through were absolutely positive…

Bill had a dream that a guy came up to him and said, “Hey, you better get to a doctor – you have cancer.”

A couple months later, he found a tumor, and he was told that he had one year to live if he didn’t have surgery immediately.

Bill asked the doctor for 24 hours to consider things. He went home, took the phone off the hook, locked the door, and just sat there and thought about his life.

He was thinking, “Here I have the opportunity now. I’ve been depressed for years to the point of contemplating suicide…now I don’t have to overdose, I don’t have to shoot myself… I just don’t have to take action because in a year I’ll be gone.

At least this way it would be more along the lines of, “Poor Bill; he died so young of cancer”, and not “Oh my goodness, he killed himself…”

Bill thought about it for a long time – for hours – and finally he decided that he didn’t want to die, but he didn’t want to keep living the way he had been.

Bill says, “And once I made that choice – call it the Universe or God – something opened the way to healing for me.”

Bill had the surgery, but when the oncologist wanted to keep going with further treatments, he refused (and 15 years later – he knows that he was right to refuse!)

Bill knew at that point that he was cured…

Bill then talks about how he created that cancer with his thinking of all those years, and that once he made the internal shift of not believing that “You Can’t” mentality, he didn’t need more treatments because it was something inside of him that had needed to change.

Once Bill found his desire to live, the Universe started delivering things to him and he began to live differently – and every day now, Bill wakes up with an enthusiasm for life that he never had before.

Bill went from compromising himself so early in my life and internalizing those beliefs (which was a choice – though he didn’t know it at the time) to deciding by choice to turn that boat around. And it was then that everything started coming together for him to bring him to the point in his Spiritualpreneur journey that he has reached today as a successful entrepreneur.

Having gone through something very similar to Bill in my own “Dark night of the soul”, I feel like his story is one that every Spiritualpreneur should hear – particularly those that grew up with the “You Can’t” beliefs that Bill dealt with in his early life.

I invite you to listen to the rest of Bill’s story by checking out the On Demand Episodes in my profile at Blog Talk Radio, which you can find by visiting www.coachingfromspirit.com/BlogTalkRadio.

Bill has also put together a very generous and special offer for the Coaching From Spirit Community, which you can find at http://www.synchronicityexpert.com/sharon.htm

May you be blessed in your own journey as you take advantage of these resources!

I heard a great story from my colleague, Jim Donovan, that I wanted to share with you:

“The end of the month was quickly approaching and like many self-employed people, we were experiencing a cash flow challenge. It was, in all honesty, one of the greatest tests of faith I’ve experienced in a very long time.

I knew deep within my being, at the cellular level, that everything would work out. I said to my wife Georgia, “Don’t worry, everything is going to be fine, even though I don’t know exactly how, I know it will.”

I went about my business taking appropriate actions, holding my attention on what I wanted, being appreciative for everything I already have and yes, ignoring reality.

I know that there people who will say I was crazy or foolish. That we have to “be realistic!” There was a time when I might have tried to convince them I was right. Now all I do is smile, for I know better.

A few days before the end of the month, I went on-line to check my bank balance to see what checks had cleared. When I looked at the screen I almost fell over, because what I saw there was a very large deposit sitting in my business account. My first reaction was, “this has to be a mistake.”

I called to Georgia, who was in the other room, to come and take a look. Her first impression was that it was an error, but somehow it sure looked good sitting there. I clicked on the transaction in question, and saw that it was a wire transfer from my Japanese agent.

A small part of me still thought it might be a mistake, but I rejoiced in what could only be described as a miracle.

I realized right then and there that all of our positive focus and refusal to accept lack had in fact produced a significant result. I believe this was a “sign” that our faith was not in vain.

It was several days before the letter from my agent arrived explaining that they had sold a very large quantity of copies of “This is Your Life Not a Dress Rehearsal” in Japan and this was in fact, my royalty payment.

If I have ever questioned the validity of the teachings about the power of our minds, and the law that we attract everything in our lives, that moment ended it!”

If you’re self-employed (or wish that you were!), you are probably tempted to pay attention to all the bad news that is bombarding you from the television or the newspaper from a daily basis.

Do you realize what an affect this could be having on everything that you are doing as you try to achieve success?

Personally, I never watch the news! Honestly – I figure, if the world’s about to end, I’ll probably hear about it. In the meantime, why willingly put yourself under that pressure?

When you choose to focus on everything that’s negative, it will turn into a self-fulfilling prophecy for you!

Maybe you need to make a choice to ignore reality for a couple of days and tune into thinking about whatever it is that you WANT in your life.

If you want to hear more about this idea, be sure to tune into my Blog Talk Radio show today with Synchronicity Expert, Bill White. You can find all the details at www.coachingfromspirit.com/BlogTalkRadio.
