: Do You Know How To Visualize Something In Your Business?

One of my clients Joan, will fly me in to meet at her office to work on planning sessions every few months. In these planning sessions we identify her core beliefs, find what has shifted for her and do some visualization to help her find what she wants to have happen for her.

Joan recently wanted to focus on the challenge she was having with her operations management. She was overwhelmed, doing everything herself and needed help.

I had her do a visualization exercise to define what her ideal operational aspect of her business would be. Joan’s visualization showed someone else taking care of her email responses, blog posts, social networking posts, billing and collections, and also being a joint venture manager.

In the middle of this visualization, Joan came up with an idea of Mary, a woman currently in one of her programs that she thought would be perfect for this. As soon as she said this, I had her stop and call Mary.
In Joan’s conversation with Mary, she found that Mary had just been thinking of how much she enjoyed Joan’s program and that she would like to be more involved with her business. She had been trying to think of ways she could be an asset to Joan at the same time Joan was thinking of her to help with the operations management!

Because of the vibrational energy that Mary and Joan were both sending out, Universe aligned them with each other, which may not have otherwise occurred.

Do you know how to visualize something you want in your business?
There are a couple steps to take to visualize:
•   Find a quiet spot
•   See what you want in detail in your head or write it down on a piece of paper
•   Review your vision regularly so that the Universe will be able to align you with what you want
•   Focus on taking action toward what you are visualizing for your business

Find a quiet spot where you can really focus on what you want to have happen. Some people have a hard time “seeing” what they want in detail in their head. That is OK. You are also visualizing if you are writing down what you want on paper. Put all the details that you want to see happen and review that paper throughout your day. The more you focus on what you want to achieve the better chance you will have of Universe aligning you with the answer.

Take action steps toward what you are envisioning. If you need help in the office, put out an ad, or contact people you know for recommendations. Don’t just sit in your office and think that because you visualized it, you will just have it appear on your doorstep. Universe will align you with the right solution for you but you have to be taking action too.

: Are you Ready to Make the Connection?

I feel very guided today to assist in Activating in you a partnership with your Inner Guidance – a sense that you can partner together with Spirit as an entrepreneur, and know that you never have to work alone.

When I first came to this realization that I didn’t have to do this alone, and that Spirit was there to guide me and take care of me, it was like a whole new world opened up for me!

Today, I invite you to invite your own Inner Guidance to be with you here and now.

Let go, and let yourself feel this Activation. Take a deep breath in – close your eyes if you can. Don’t worry about a thing – you are safe. If you can, say it slowly with me, “I am safe. I am safe.”

Now, let that Guidance in you love you – really let yourself feel that love. Let the parts of you that need to feel love and to feel safe; let those parts of you now feel that now.

Imagine a door in whatever way feels good to you. You may see it, you may feel it, you may just know it’s there. You don’t have to see it in any particular way. This is an Activation – you don’t really have to do any work – you just have to be here and be in this energy.

Allow that door to open now, knowing that you’re totally safe. Feel safe, feel peace, feel that you’re so loved, and walk through that door.

On the other side of the door, there are all the energies that are here to serve you as you allow yourself to become a Spiritualpreneur. Just allow yourself to know that.

There are physical energies there:

People that are here to assist you
Tools to get your message out there
All of them will show up to assist you at the exact perfect right time

There are also non-physical energies there – Spirit, Guidance, God – whatever feels good for you, just think about that.

It really doesn’t matter how you view it, but there are energies in all ways that are here to serve you.

I want you to see or hear or feel or just know that they are on your team – and you don’t have to do this alone! Know that now, and let yourself feel that joy.

You’re not alone, and as you dedicate your work to serving you and serving the greatest good for all people, you join together not only with Spirit, but with everyone that has that intention in serving.

There are energies that are here now to help you and to serve you and to assist you in your Activation. Just see or hear or feel or know that you can do this!

You can do work you love and make a good income!

I absolutely know that this is true, and I’m here to help you Activate that in yourself. You can – no matter what anyone else says – yes you can.

Allow yourself now to say Yes to that energy! You may want to say it right out loud with me right now – “YES!” Or you can say it in your mind – it’s OK! Just intentionally hold that energy of saying yes.

If you feel guided to, say out loud, “I partner with you now! “ (Call that partner your Spirit, your Source, your God – whatever feels good to you) Set the intention to partner now. “I partner with you now.”

Feel the joy and the knowing – just really know anything right now that your team wants to share with you. Take a moment to perceive what it is that they want to share with you now.

You may see it, hear it, or know it. Maybe you’ll just feel really good! And that’s a sign that you’re on track.

Take advantage of this connection, and ask any questions you have right now. Maybe you’re unsure about this whole idea of partnering with Spirit and allowing it to influence your path as an entrepreneur. That’s OK! Just ask, and let your Inner Guidance connect with you.

It may be a feeling, a knowing, a word – whatever it is, it’s all OK, because you’re safe, and you’re loved.

And now just let this experience come back into focus. You feel so alive, so ready to move ahead to your next level. Slowly come back and bring yourself into this place of awareness.

You’re going to notice a greater energy today – maybe a greater sense of knowing that you’re on the right track.

After you participate in this activation, I suggest that you write a letter to your Inner Guidance about why you want to be a Spiritualpreneur.

Why do you want it? How are you going to feel when you’re doing work that you absolutely love?

Write it all down – what excites you about this experience? Just write it all down – you don’t have to share it with anyone else but your Inner Guidance.

Then, write down your worries or doubts or fears you may have about doing this work. Maybe you feel strange. Maybe you’re ready to leave a position that you’re in now and you’re working up the courage to strike out on your own.

Write down those fears, and really get them all out. Remember that you’re sharing them with a partner that loves you, and that you’re safe with.

Finally, just surrender. Write in that letter that you turn it all over, and ask for a sign that you will know that this is a match for you.

Know that this will come to you in your dreams or in your day – you will get this guidance. Don’t become attached to any specific outcome – just know that now you are ready and activated, and there is something next for you to do.

I am seeing and feeling you now living a life of love and joy and peace and prosperity and fulfillment that assists and serves others as much as it does yourself!

How Can You Get Your Mind Off of What May be Going Wrong in Your Own Business?

I mentioned yesterday how much I enjoy using tools in formats like charts, lists and bullet points – I find that when you write things out this way, it really helps you to see where you were, where you are, and where you want to be very clearly, which is why many of the spiritual energy management tools that I share are in these formats.

I know not everyone enjoys listing things out this way – it’s a bit of a personal preference! But if lists aren’t your thing, how DO you record your positive evidences?

One of the absolute, most effective ways of changing your vibrational output and bringing further success to your own business is in the idea of focusing on what is going right for you.

I know – it sounds simple to say – “Count your blessings” – right.

But have you ever really thought about how easy it is to be negative? I hear it around me all the time:

It’s only a matter of time until I get laid off…
With the economy going the way that it is, how can I expect success in my own business…
I don’t have enough clients…
How am I going to pay for this…
I’m not good at sales…
ON and ON and ON….

Do these thought patterns sound familiar to you? Do they resonate with you? Do you think you could come up with a couple more points to add to that list?

If so, there is something very wrong with the way that you are looking out at the world!

CHANGING THIS PERCEPTION IS ABSOLUTELY THE MOST IMPORTANT THING THAT YOU CAN DO IF YOU TRULY WANT TO SUCCEED IN YOUR BUSINESS DURING THESE TIMES.

So then, how do you do it?

Well, it’s really not that hard!

I’ve shared a lot of tools for energy management, and I’ll continue to share more, along with stories of how people have used them and how they are effective. But I want you to start with something simple today.

I have a file in my e-mail inbox that I call, “High Vibes”. Whenever anyone sends me an e-mail that says something positive about any way that I have affected them in a positive way or contributed to their well-being, I make sure that I add it to that High Vibes file folder.

See, I could just get an e-mail like that, read it, get a warm, happy feeling, thank the person for their kind words, and then delete the e-mail.

But how easy would it be to forget that e-mail – to forget those kind words – those positive evidences – 5 minutes later when a contrast comes up?

How easy is it to shift from focusing on what is positive, and being in that high vibration, to dropping down into what is negative?

For most people – unfortunately – it’s pretty easy!

But because I have this folder in my e-mail inbox, all I have to do when I’m feeling a bit down about something and I only have a minute to shift my focus, is open up that folder! Then I have a whole list in front of me of encouraging words, written directly for me!

If that doesn’t shift your perception, I don’t know what will!

You always have a choice to make, Spiritualpreneurs. You can choose to let the news tell you how to feel, or you can take the extra step, and truly believe that YOU control how you feel.

YOU control YOUR success.

Stop thinking about what is going wrong, and start thinking about what is going right. EVERY DAY. It is never going to hurt you – it is only going to help you.

How Can You Build Relationships With Your Clients in Order to Serve Them in the Highest Possible Way?

It’s truly amazing to think about how much the world has changed.

It was not very long ago that people had no conception whatsoever of being able to communicate and interact with people on such a grand scale as is now possible to do!

I love talking to people and connecting with people. I’m a coach – it’s what I was born for!

But when I started my own business, all of the technology involved sometimes came up as a contrast for me. It was all very new to me (and still is in many ways – it seems like they come out with something new every day!) and if I had allowed it to, learning and using all of the necessary technology could easily have become a stumbling block and a source of frustration for me.

I was able to shift my perception around the use of all this technology (computers, the internet, etc.) by using my energy management tools:

Using all of these processes and others to manage my energy around this issue, I was able to begin to see technology in a whole new light. Instead of seeing it as a frustration and something that I had to depend on and worry about, I began to see it for what it is…

…an opportunity to talk to more people and build relationships with more people than I had ever been able to do or even conceive of before!

But it’s something to be careful of. In what is becoming an increasingly virtual world, it can be easy to become impersonal in your interactions with people.

What are some of the ways that you, as a Spiritualpreneur, can build strong relationships using technology with the highest Intention of truly serving the clients of your own business?

Give of yourself. If your biggest desire is to make money and that’s it, well, you may be able to accomplish that. But you will never understand the true rewards that come when you offer yourself to your clients in a way that truly serves them.
Be real. I know that you truly care about your clients and the things that you can offer them – but do they know that? Don’t be afraid to show them how much you care!
Share your stories. It’s all part of being genuine, and stories resonate with people more than anything. There are so many ways that you can share your stories now – blogs, newsletters, social networks, etc. – take advantage of them!
Give great things away for free. If people see the amazing quality and caliber of what you are willing to give away, it will really make them want to buy what you are selling. You want them to think, “If she’s giving me that much for free, whatever I end up paying for has got to be REALLY amazing!”
Take advantage of technology. Use social networking. Take time to learn about how to do it – it is a HUGE opportunity that is ready made for you to connect with your clients on a truly personal level.

These are really just a few of the ways that you can take advantage of the opportunities for relationship building that are out there to both strengthen relationships with your current clients and build relationships with your new clients.

If you want to do more of this, but feel held back by time constraints or technological difficulties, make sure that you shift your perception! Manage your energy in such a way that you can see this as a joyful opportunity as opposed to a difficulty!
