Are You in Entrepreneur Overwhelm?

For many entrepreneurs, adding new elements, learning new tools or simply needing to make some changes creates stress.

And stress can often tempt you to revert to old ways of coping or managing things.

If you are bumping into that right now or sometime in the future, it’s a good time to remember to invest some time in managing your energies.

If your business is not where you want it to be or you can’t seem to take the next step as an entrepreneur, you need to look at where you are focusing your thoughts, feelings, and actions.

It really doesn’t work to blame anyone or anything outside of yourself if you are not where you want to be.  You need to take absolute vibrational responsibility for all of it and move in loving gentleness from where you are to where you want to be.

There are amazing learning opportunities in all contrasts and until you take full responsibility, you will always feel like something out there needs to change for your outcomes to be what you want.

That is not freedom.

You don’t need the economy to change, or anything or anyone else to change; you need to become totally engaged with how you are focusing your powerful energy of thoughts, feelings, and actions.

Instead of beating yourself up for less than optimum manifestations, look for the learning – the seeds of greater opportunity.

Even in certain challenges in my own life regarding the death of a family member, I took full vibrational responsibility for my vibration, and I am moving in baby steps towards an even more fulfilling life experience as this evolves.

The miracles that have already occurred have strengthened my knowing even more, and I know that this process is applicable even in the midst of the most challenging situations!

Are you feeling overwhelmed?

You may be trying to do too many things at once!  Write down all the projects and things you are involved in.  Really look at each one that is taking your time.

  • Is it jazzing you?
  • Does it produce revenue or does it have a high potential to do so quickly?
  • Are there ways you can leverage your time better in this area?
  • Can you delegate aspects of it?
  • Look at your checkbook and notice what you are spending time doing.

If you are feeling overwhelmed, there is a good chance you either have too many projects at this point, or the way you are administering them could be better leveraged.

If you feel overwhelmed or directionless, that is an indicator that you need to focus and align your energy more.

I have shared several spiritual energy management tools with you that I use myself on a daily basis to keep myself on track with spiritual energy management.

Keep remembering – energy management tools are very powerful in helping you to activate what you want to attract.

They help you to identify the essences of the solutions you need so that you get more clear on the next actions and enable you to keep your focus so you don’t feel overwhelmed.

If you are feeling overwhelmed, you can begin by focusing on only ONE goal or project for revenue producing, and ONE goal for creating a system that will help you become more effective.

  • The goal may be: I will do 5 consultations in a month.
  • The system to support you in magnetizing this goal may be: I have an online calendar system so that people can easily schedule with me.

Once you’ve completed that goal, you can begin to work on the next goal.

This helps you to stay focused as you can see that after you’ve succeeded at completing things, you can continue to build momentum by getting some traction.

Once you start through the whole process of managing your energy on a daily basis, you will routinely experience the shifting of your neural pathways.
You will see that it is working based on the growing list of your positive evidences.

If you are feeling overwhelmed, then something is a mismatch energetically.  Something is moving at a rate that you are not a match for vibrationally.

The simplest solution is to manage your energies every day.

In addition, really evaluate and determine the answer to this question – Are there things that I do NOT have to do?

If there are – then someone else can do it!  This one realization and subsequent action can be a great relief and really frees up your energy when you allow yourself to delegate it.

You only want to focus on and do what you want to do as an entrepreneur!
