Do You Know What Your Job Really is as an Entrepreneur?

I hear from a lot from people on how they are feeling a sense of wanting to go to another level as an entrepreneur, but are not really sure what they need to do.

I’ve seen a lot of things out there.  Certainly a lot of people are talking about the Law of Attraction!

The thing is, you really can begin to feel a sense of freedom.  You really can feel a sense of ease and flow no matter what’s happening to you or around you.

This is something that is so crucial in recession proofing your life and your business, whether you’ve been an entrepreneur for years, are just starting out as one, or if your career is working for someone else (not yourself).

When I made the transition into starting my own business, it was all about partnering with my Inner Guidance.  I call that my Inner Coach, and my success as an entrepreneur came through really allowing that Inner Guidance to guide me in my business.

My whole job, from my perspective, is opening up the connection to my Inner Guidance, keeping that connection open as much as I possibly can, and managing my own vibrational output.

I’m just going to give you a little foundation on that, because I really think this is what your jobs are.  Your job, when you’re connected to your Inner Guidance – and you know when you’re connected to your Inner Guidance – it’s when you’re in a state of:

• Peace
• Flow
• Feeling in higher vibrational energies

That’s when you have the strongest connection to your Inner Guidance/Inner Coach.

When you are in lower level energies:

• Anger
• Worry
• Fear (which is perfectly normal for human beings and certainly something that you’re going to experience)

That’s when you feel that you have something less than a clear connection.

Part of what your job really is, is to be able to manage where you’re focusing the energy of your thoughts and feelings.  I call that spiritual energy management.

The reason that it’s so important to manage your energy is because you’re in an experience of being a human being, which means that you’re going to have contrast.

I don’t talk about problems and issues and challenges as much – I talk about contrast.  Contrast means something more wants to be born.

Something I see with a lot of the things that are going on out there when you’re talking about things like the Law of Attraction is that it’s really not addressing a couple of core components that are really crucial.

One is that connection, that relationship with your Inner Guidance and how powerful and amazingly practical and surprising it can be when you guide your life through that connection to your Inner Guidance.

And the second thing is the idea that you know life is going to give you situations, things, and people that are going to respond to you in ways that perhaps you may not want them to respond in, and you’re going to have contrast.

As long as you are a human being and you’re living on this earth, you’re going to have contrast!

What you need to be able to do is find a way to find a place of peace, or at the very least be able to find a place of connection, even in the midst of contrast.

From that place, you can move up the vibrational scale a little bit at a time so that you can feel a greater sense of emotional relief and in turn change your vibrational output so that you can then be attracting more of what you want.

Your work, in my opinion, is really managing your energy – your vibrational energy of thoughts, feelings, actions.

This is really what your job is all about as a Spiritualpreneur.
