How Do You Create the Foundation for Taking Action in Starting Your Own Business?

Yesterday I talked about making a 30-Day Action Plan for starting your own business.  The thing is, there are many layers to making a plan and taking action, and the stronger your foundation is, the greater your success will be.

If you are creating an Action Plan for your own business, it is a good idea to always make sure to include the following foundational steps – taking the time to create what I call an Energy Blueprint:

First, surface up the energy that you have activated about whatever goal or project you want to work on.  No matter what it is, it’s OK.

You are going to write down the beliefs, patterns, evidences, and actions – anything that’s serving you about your business.

Next, identify the beliefs that may not be serving you as well.  Drill them down! You will write these down as well.

Following that, you will create one new progressive belief – something that makes you feel just a little bit better.

You can use what I call a Merry-Go-Round visualization to assist you in emerging a progressive belief by imaging a Merry-Go-Round in a children’s park.

When you are on this kind of Merry-Go-Round, you have to run around in a circle, holding onto the bars until you have gathered enough momentum, or energy, to jump on.

If you don’t have enough momentum you won’t be able to get on.

If you are running too fast and try to jump on, you may get tossed further by the momentum. You will be able to visualize through this if you are a vibrational match to the progressive belief by seeing and feeling in this visualization if you got “On” the Merry-Go-Round.

After you have emerged a progressive belief, you will use that new belief daily in an energy management tool called Scripting.

A powerful way to make shifts faster and see your beliefs actually shifting daily is to write each progressive belief down after you have done your daily scripting of how you want to feel in that day and what you want to activate.

Then, hold the intention that you want to shift the progressive belief up in vibration to move it just a little bit higher.

How can you do that?

Start with trying to build a case for the shift. You can look towards the past, present and future for this, and once you do that you can go back to the Progressive Belief and see if you can move it at all.

For example:

Progressive Belief: I want to believe that I can earn six figures a year in speaking engagements or back of room selling strategies.

Building the case for the shift:

  • Past – I have earned six figures in new income streams before
  • Present – I feel really excited about what I am planning to speak about
  • Future – I have friends that are willing to help me by giving me speaking contacts they are working with

Now, as I go back to this Progressive Belief, I can feel it has moved a bit!

I now feel that I am starting to believe that I can earn six figures in speaking engagements.

So, my next scripting session will start there.

Thank you Spirit! YAHOOOO!!!!

If I did not feel a shift, that would have been OK, and I would have been fine with that. I am making peace with where I am.

Beginning at that Inner, foundational level is the mark of a true Spiritualpreneur.  You know that the Inner Process is equally as important as the Outer Actions!

If you’re interested in learning more about this idea, and you want some free (I know you like the sound of that!) insight on how others have done this, listen to a free teleclass I did recently that talks about really moving forward to success in these times.

You can learn more about how to access your Inner Coach and how to attain business success no matter what is going on in the world around you.

There is also a bonus at the end of the call of a Round Table panel discussion with some amazing Spiritualpreneurs – Joe Nunziata, Stefanie Hartman and Rich German – you’ll really benefit from hearing what they have to say!  If you haven’t listened to the call yet, listen to it now at: www.coachingfromspirit.com/spiritualpreneursblog
