What is the Energetic Element of YOUR Free Workshop?

When you use the Free Workshop Approach to market your product or service, you’re using the same consultative process you would use one on one, except that you’re doing it with a lot of people at one time.

You’re doing it with groups, which provides the platform for your products and services to be offered and sold.

These are groups of people that haven’t had the opportunity and the pleasure of connecting with you yet.

  • You are moving as a Spiritualpreneur to that level where you’re standing in a more powerful place.
  • You are letting your light come out from under the bushel.
  • You are drawing attention to who you really are and what you have to offer in a bold way!

Creating and maintaining the connection of your individual personality to that of Spirit is energy.

It is the energy that these people are going to be served for the highest good of all and that they’re attracted to you because of who you are and what you offer.  Their pager is going off to your number and vibrationally, you are there to serve them.

There are so many of them out there and together that you need to create vehicles for them to you find you.  You can stay in your home office and hope they will get to you at some point but it will take longer.

Just get out there so they can find you and let the momentum snowball to your Vision!

Most people offering a free workshop go in with an idea of something that they want to impart.  Often they do this great workshop and they just workshop their heart out.

They go in and teach, teach, teach, teach, teach.

What I want you to do is to have a little different perspective.  I want you to move into a workshop with a formula for success, so that it’s more about involving and engaging people.

It’s literally taking people through an energetic process so that by the time they get to the end of your workshop they will feel activated.  The idea is to make them feel on fire.

You want them to feel compelledAnd the state of feeling compelled will be for whatever it is that you’re going to offer them next.

The only way you can continue to assist them is to continue to be in relationship with them.  When I’m talking about platform selling, remember that I’m talking about coming from your heart.

Here are some tips, leanings, and insights on how you can create an even more joyful experience for you and for your participants and increase the probability of you being a vibrational match for your ideal clients to purchase your products and services.

  • You can use music to get people amped up, inspired and excited. You can have a lot of fun with the music.  You can pattern the music rhythmically to amplify the feelings and sensations you want them to experience while they are in your workshop.   For example, you could start with easy introductory music, when things become deep you can put on contemplative music and to build the excitement at the end, enthusiastic, surging music!
  • You can write on whiteboards – show illustrations and make points.
  • You can have them do exercises where they can apply concepts and share their results.
  • You get to use the 6th sense, as the room is filled with your divine team and all their teams and all the energies that got them there.  People show up but do not know how they got there.  You can have your team go ahead of you and clear the room.  Then go in and ask everyone who comes into the room to be at their highest vibrational level and hear it from a heart level.
  • Use softer lighting. Fluorescent lighting is energetically draining.  Do a preview of the room and make special arrangements for the lighting.
  • Have candles and flowers in the room. The plants and flowers can really help absorb negative energy.  Leverage all the things you know about energy and allow the items in the room to assist you in creating the energetic environment.  Stargazers are spiritual flowers – not overpowering – mix them with white roses and beautiful lilies.
  • It is not recommended to use incense because people can have adverse reactions to it.   Also, use candles with no scent.
  • You can have snacks for people – smaller things – not crunchy stuff.  Veggies, cheese, cookies (sugar is an activator!).  Everyone appreciates it because they are hungry.

There are some alternative workshop formats you may want to consider as well.

You can have an onsite seminar format in which different speakers talk about different topics.  This is called a boot camp.

To promote this, teleseminar calls are done where the speakers are promoting the idea to sell potential ideal clients to come to the in-person seminar.    All the speakers send promotional gifts out to their list, so everyone is promoting each other.

There are multiple speakers who will come on and have a 90-minute segment and each of those speakers sells something at the back of the room.    I have been involved in these.  The coordinator makes 50% of the sales and you get 50%.

All you have to do is show up and do the workshop.  The coordinator does all the work to get the people to the event – it is a nice, reciprocal income stream.

During boot camps, I will have things brought in that will amp up attendee’s energy.  I like to differentiate myself from other speakers in lots of different ways.

So I bring in food.  I also pay for it.   I do this because I operate at multiple levels, so I want those that I’m speaking to, to experience things at multiple levels.

When at a seminar, speakers are activating an emotional connection – people buy for emotional reasons, not for logical reasons.

The speaker is aware of that because as the attendees feel a certain way, you can offer your products or services as a solution for them.  It is much easier to have people buy products when they are caught up in the energy of the workshop.

People do use subliminal techniques to sell to people.

As a Spiritualpreneur, you can know deeply in your soul that you do not have to do any of these kinds of things.

You work at a spiritual level in which you connect in with the people whose hearts are a vibrational match with you.   Using energetic tools to assist you with this are far superior to techniques that are underhandedly getting people to buy.

You are tapping into something more powerful and in energetic alignment, so you don’t need any of these things.  And then you don’t feel like you are trying to manipulate people.

You will be aligned with everything you want to be aligned with.
