The Blarney Stone is a historical stone, actually, part of the Blarney Castle in Ireland.  It was believed that kissing the stone could grant you the gift of gab.  As someone with their own business, I used to sometimes wish I had access to the Blarney Stone to grant me that gift!

Even if you love to talk and you have many great ideas – it can be difficult to get them out sometimes!  Maybe you get tongue-tied or lose your confidence.

Here are a few of the tips I used to start learning to be more effective in communication.  A lot of it involves simply taking time to learn more about the way the person that is closest to you communicates – that is – yourself.
