Recently, I was asked to be a reference for one of my students in obtaining a job. The position was taking on a role of teaching disabled college students. Anne didn’t know how to write a business plan for the job outlining everything she knew she could accomplish.
When I was called for the reference, I was asked very specific questions as to why I thought Anne would be a good match for this position.
I explained that Anne was very skilled as a teacher and would be very effective with these students because she would be using Spiritual Coaching skills.
She would be teaching the students strategies to activate new beliefs and be more effective in Energy Management. Anne would be able to help them learn their material and would do this with instructions on creative visualization and partnering with their inner knowing.
There were 20 people being considered for this position… Read more

Joint ventures are an incredible way to grow your business. They are a win-win solution for both parties involved. If you have a list of small business ideas that you could use for Joint Ventures, you should get started on them!
One of my students really wanted to start Joint Venture campaigns but wasn’t sure how. We started using the Energy Management System to find out what beliefs he had around joint ventures, which ones were serving him and which were not.
I helped him to learn how to take the beliefs that were not serving him and shift those beliefs to new ones that DID serve him in what he wanted to accomplish. Read more
What Peer Pressure Are You Dealing With In Your Business?

My daughter recently came home from school one day looking a little concerned. I asked her what was wrong and she told me that all of her friends have boyfriends.
I noticed she looked confused and we sat down to talk about it. Much to my relief she stated that since they were only 11 she thought boys should just be friends not “boyfriends”. Which I told her is a very wise choice. She then told me that one boy asked her out but that she doesn’t want a boyfriend right now. She does feel like she is supposed to have one though.
This is a case of peer pressure. There are many kinds of peer pressure for both kids and adults.
We worked on visualizing what she wanted to have happen.
She wanted her friends to stop making such an issue out of having a boyfriend and she just wanted to be friends with this particular boy.
The next day when she got home from school she said the visualization worked. The boy came up and told her he just wanted to be friends right now. Next, at lunch one of her friends said she thought that their group of friends should just decide to have boys as friends and not have “boyfriends” until they got older.
This same thing happens in your business. You deal with peer pressure in a number of ways in your business, much like my daughter deals with peer pressure in a number of ways with her friends.
Just like her, you need to deal with the peer pressure in your business if you expect your business to grow. Your first step is to identify what peer pressures you’re dealing with.

What Can Simply Having Clarity Do For Your Business?

My clients are often surprised at how using simple spiritual energy management tools like the Order Form to the Universe can actually deliver what you want right to your door.
One client recently found that getting this kind of clarity to in what he wanted in his business through shifting his beliefs was an astonishingly simply way to get the outcome he desired.
Simply using the Order Form tool allowed him to access the solution to his recent business problem.
We were meeting together with a potential web designer for him one day. I had previously suggested he hire someone who could also act as a marketing manager and work on commission as the best way to fill his business and current financial needs. That way this person could take care of the marketing for his business as well as the web design and changes.
He didn’t believe we would find anyone to fit that.
I met with the potential web designer on my client’s behalf and found out that she had a background in marketing and sales experience. I told her about my client’s goals – that he needed someone who was entrepreneurial minded and would accept pay on a commission based payment plan. She was very interested.
Our next step quickly fell into place to lay out the projections for payment with the job description to make sure it was the right fit for both parties. Read more
Do You Feel Like it’s the End of the Road if You’ve Had to File For Unemployment?

I had a client that was working in sales for a company that owed her about $150,000 in commissions. She lives in a state that is heavily enmeshed in the automotive industry and where the unemployment level has just skyrocketed. Her company was also connected with this industry and because of that she ended up being laid off, but the company still owed her a considerable amount of money.
The main reason she hasn’t been paid her commission yet is that they really don’t have it; they came up with a plan to pay it out over a period of time, but this amount had really built up over a long period of time and she was starting to get worried about it.
She was in talks with them about how they were going to pay the outstanding amount, and they actually kind of avoided her for a few weeks before they came back with their news.
This is what they told her – that they had re-looked at her commissions and the agreement they had made with her, and decided that they had miscalculated everything. From their new perspective on the agreement, they should have been paying her on net profit rather than gross sales.
Now, I looked at her agreement with her and we saw that it was written very loosely, and this company has a history of having very vague sort of agreements where one person will agree to something and it won’t be given in writing – a lot of things like that – and of course my client was very upset about this.
Well, then they came back and basically told her that rather than them owing her these commissions, SHE actually owed THEM money, and that they would be contacting her within 30 days to resolve her debt to them. Read more
