There is a dramatic shift happening today in the lives of those business owners and entrepreneurs who seek personal and business coaching or mentoring; those that are beginning to recognize that business success is not entirely dependent on the outer level actions, but requires inner solutions as well.

It doesn’t matter what kind of business you are in. You can use these skills and universal principles like the Law of Attraction to grow your business at a rate of success that you’ve never even dreamed about!

You’re probably reading books and watching movies that introduce you to spiritual and universal principles about attracting more of what you want – but if you’re like many, you may be wondering why it doesn’t seem to work as well for you.

  • You know that there is more possible than high levels of stress.
  • You know instinctively that you can have it all.
  • You know success means more family time and personal time to travel and explore.

But is there something that you’re missing?  Some missing element that is making it seem like the Law of Attraction doesn’t work for you? Read more

Do You Know What Your Job Really is as an Entrepreneur?

I hear from a lot from people on how they are feeling a sense of wanting to go to another level as an entrepreneur, but are not really sure what they need to do.

I’ve seen a lot of things out there.  Certainly a lot of people are talking about the Law of Attraction!

The thing is, you really can begin to feel a sense of freedom.  You really can feel a sense of ease and flow no matter what’s happening to you or around you.

This is something that is so crucial in recession proofing your life and your business, whether you’ve been an entrepreneur for years, are just starting out as one, or if your career is working for someone else (not yourself).

When I made the transition into starting my own business, it was all about partnering with my Inner Guidance.  I call that my Inner Coach, and my success as an entrepreneur came through really allowing that Inner Guidance to guide me in my business.

My whole job, from my perspective, is opening up the connection to my Inner Guidance, keeping that connection open as much as I possibly can, and managing my own vibrational output.

I’m just going to give you a little foundation on that, because I really think this is what your jobs are.  Your job, when you’re connected to your Inner Guidance – and you know when you’re connected to your Inner Guidance – it’s when you’re in a state of:

  • Peace
  • Flow
  • Feeling in higher vibrational energies

That’s when you have the strongest connection to your Inner Guidance/Inner Coach. Read more

Are You Looking for a Place to Start With Your Joint Venture Process?

In the new age of Spiritualpreneurs and among those that want to turn selling into serving, you will find that the process of collaboration, or creating Joint Venture partnerships, is a great to further your success as an entrepreneur.

I love participating in Joint Ventures with people!

It is a great way to make connections, gain instant credibility with a targeted audience, and create lasting relationships with fellow Spiritualpreneurs.

When you approach someone about entering into a Joint Venture partnership with you, part of your intention is to demonstrate how you can help expose your Joint Venture partner to new people in a way that won’t cost them any money.

This is the win in it for them.

Be careful not to slip back into those old patterns of “selling” – coming to others with a what’s in it for me attitude or intention.  Instead, come from a place of serving and be sure to explore what excites them or what jazzes them.

Don’t start out talking about your offer.

Instead, tie it back to how your offer solves their issues or problems. Outline the winning aspects for them.

For example, as a Joint Venture partner with you, they and their products and services will be placed before potential new customers or clients in a way that doesn’t cost them any money.  They get free advertising to all the people on your list and the lists of all the other partners.

As a part of the energy exchange, they will be giving a free or complimentary bonus gift.  The gift or bonus is something downloadable, like an interview as an MP3 recording, an article or a free eCourse that will appeal to the registrants and can drive the registrants to their site.

The gifts should provide something substantial – something of benefit to the recipients.

What essentially happens in this type of Joint Venture is that you are combining the power of the lists of all the Joint Venture partners, which means each of you has the opportunity to have yourself, your programs, services and products presented to new people at no cost.

Sounds like a win-win for everyone!  So how do you get started? Read more
