Where is Your Spiritual Guidance Leading You?

When I began applying Spiritualpreneur principles in my business, everything began working almost magically!!
I was seeing EVIDENCE! – tangible results! My Coaching program grew and grew, and I began to really understand that my spiritual guidance – my connection to God, my Inner Coach, Spirit (or whatever you choose to call that energy) was my only true Source.
I saw that every person has been given Divine Laws to live by – and that these laws require you to take responsibility for what you are thinking, feeling, speaking and acting because of how it affects your vibration and therefore what you attract into your life!
You do truly reap what you sow! Now all these phrases make sense to me!
What a ride it has been so far! It has not all been smooth, and I am coming to really know that is part of the process of Life. I now understand that, when it seems to be less than smooth, it is merely contrast.
Contrast is simply me wanting to create something new, and that at some level I am not believing it yet!
As I work with my Inner Coach, and apply the tools of Spirit Coaching, I daily allow myself to loosen any old vibrations that may seem to block me, and as I surrender the specific outcome of whatever I am wanting, it eventually shows up! Most times in even grander ways than I ever imagined!!
When I was first learning how to trust the spiritual guidance I was receiving more and more, a feeling of peace was always prevalent. I still struggled with fears at times – the same fears that plague all entrepreneurs – so I asked for a tool to help me release these fears, and I was given another “prescription”. Read more

Aside from all the great events this week, the 30 Day Empowered Spiritualpreneur Challenge Lessons 6-9 were posted this week! It’s amazing to see how much can be accomplished in 30 Days!
All of these tools and this entire process – everything that I am sharing with you in the 30 Day Empowered Spiritualpreneur Challenge – have come about from my own asking. I asked when I found myself experiencing overwhelm as a mother, wife, and business owner – I had a very busy and full life, but it wasn’t always easy!
When I was starting out there was a lot that was riding on me being successful in my own business.
Essentially, it wasn’t an option of me not being successful! I had a baby on the way and just left a high paying job – my husband told me that we had just a couple months before we would need to start selling our things to survive!
Partnering with Spirit at that time was the most important thing that helped me transcend the logical and continue to focus on serving – supporting my clients in ways that I would want. Getting inside the head and heart of my ideal clients and coming from an Intention of serving and partnering with them was truly what enabled me to achieve the success that I did!
But as I was doing my Scripting and finding positive evidences throughout my week, something would always seem to happen where I would find myself hitting a brick wall – something would come up that would frustrate me and cause me to undo all the careful energy management work that I had been doing during the week! Are You Searching for Spiritual Balance as an Entrepreneur?

As someone that is a Spiritualpreneur, you may be tempted to measure your spirituality by how often you are in a peaceful, balanced state of Being as an entrepreneur.
However, balance is not a static condition.
Balance is dynamic and ever-changing – allowing for periods of both growth and rest. At each stage of your development, your spiritual task involves integrating your ever-expanding sense of Self with your society and culture.
With each experiential, emotional and intellectual connection that you make, you are building new patterns of neural connections and new patterns of Being.
So what about the times that you feel disconnected, in flux, ungrounded, or unsure of yourself?
Well, truly dynamic balance actually requires these periods of discontent, insecurity, anxiety and states of contrast in order to move you to a new state of balance – a state that transforms and transcends your earlier sense of Self and Spirit.
It is during these times of flux and crisis that you integrate all of the connections you’ve been making.
When these integrations move into your conscious awareness, you will often experience them as an “aha!” moment – an epiphany, or a moment of grace. Each integration brings you one step further along your path to Spiritual Enlightenment. Read more
Where Are You in Your Entrepreneur Journey?

This year at Coaching From Spirit, I’ve really begun to see becoming a Spiritualpreneur as being on a journey, and as a Coach it’s exciting to me to be able to share my own journey with you through these online tools like blogging and social networking and my most recent setup on Blog Talk Radio!
I created the show, Empowering Spiritualpreneurs, as a way to bring people together in the Spiritualpreneur community to share tips, insights and resources with you from their own journeys as a way of empowering you as a Spiritualpreneur in all that you are doing.
Recently I had internationally recognized author, speaker, coach and editor of Synchronicity in Your Life Magazine, the Synchronicity Expert, Bill White as a guest on my show, and he shared a powerful story from his journey as a Spiritualpreneur!
Bill began with talking about how he wasn’t always a successful entrepreneur – for him it was a journey from blue collar work to white collar to finally getting into entrepreneurship.
He talked about having a lot of ambition and an entrepreneurial spirit when he was in grade school. In fact, he actually started a business in grade school of making necklaces and selling them to the other kids in class!
Unfortunately, the mothers that were sending their kids to school with lunch money that was being spent on Bill’s business venture didn’t appreciate it too much, and he wound up with being called to the principal’s office and being told to shut his business down.
A simple thing, perhaps, but Bill made an important point – it happens a lot to children when they have bright ideas – oftentimes an adult’s first response is to shut it down (even for what may seem like a good reason!).
But the child, when told at such a young age that, “You can’t do things like this”, may very well end up internalizing the “You Can’t” part of the message, which can affect them more than they may realize.
It was not many years later that Bill witnessed the absolute collapse of his family – his parents separated, his grandmother died on Christmas, his grandfather followed soon after, and he was crushed!
He just couldn’t understand how all of this could be happening and he rebelled against it, which meant that by the time he got to high school, despite the fact that he had good grades, a guidance counsellor took one look at him and told him that she thought he was best suited for blue collar work…
Once again, Bill had an authority figure helping him to create the “You Can’t” belief – something that he accepted and internalized, and that caused him to follow a path on his journey that he didn’t even realize he had a choice in for a very long time.
He kept that reality, and by his mid-20s, Bill was working as a contractor.
He was actually making great money, but he was absolutely miserable! There was nothing in his external world that was fulfilling what he actually wanted internally.
The programming and the beliefs he was brought up in – the stories that he was telling himself – were keeping him in something that didn’t match and didn’t jive with anything that he really wanted to do or be.
Bill shared on my show that through a unique series of synchronicities, he finally reaches several stages of unfolding in a different direction, though not all of the things he went through were absolutely positive…
Bill had a dream that a guy came up to him and said, “Hey, you better get to a doctor – you have cancer.”
A couple months later, he found a tumor, and he was told that he had one year to live if he didn’t have surgery immediately. Read more
Is Being Sick the End of the World if You’re Self-Employed?

A couple of years ago I went through a time that was quite uncharacteristic for me – I was sick in bed! In fact, I felt so terrible that I couldn’t even lift my head.
It was made worse by the fact that I had a planning meeting scheduled for Saturday with a client, and there was no way I was going to be able to make it!
At first, this was a huge contrast for me. When you’re self-employed, it seems like you just can’t afford to be sick!
I had to manage my energy around it. I allowed myself to flow with that and realized that this was a point where self-care really was the most important thing for me.
I called my client and explained that I wouldn’t be able to make the meeting. And while I was speaking with the client, something just came to me!
I had been focusing all my thoughts on this day and on holding the energy–and out of my mouth came the words, “I have an idea. How about we pre-pave the energy for your meeting?”
I gave him instructions about how to take the group through the planning meeting, and because I was going to be lying in bed all day, I told him I would hold energy for them.
Then I said, “If at the end of the day, you can feel the energy, then pay me. If not, then don’t pay.” Read more
Is A Frontal Assault the Best Way to Achieve Success as an Entrepreneur?

I once knew a couple who wanted to have a baby.
They had been married a few years and had watched their young friends, one by one, experience the wonder of bringing a new life into the world – welcoming a new child, their own flesh and blood, into the family.
This couple wanted to experience such wonder and have a child of their own more than anything!
When they found themselves unable to conceive for a long period of time, they sought the best state of the art medical help, but to no avail.
Their clear intention and their best efforts were failing to bring about the hoped for result.
Finally, they decided to seek the joy of receiving a new young life into their family through adoption. As the adoption process was nearly completed and the couple prepared the nursery with their hearts filled with joy and anticipation, the young woman discovered she was pregnant.
This is not an isolated incident. The same scenario has been played out again and again.
There’s also an important lesson here for you as an entrepreneur! Read more
How Can You Make Writing Promo Copy for Local Joint Ventures Easy?

I wanted to continue a bit in the theme of doing your in-person workshop, as it’s such a great marketing tool to promote your product or service (and unique in these days of everything being online!)
When I did the in-person workshop for the Heavenly Meals concept (which I later sold for a good profit), my first goal – after managing my energy around the project – was to find local Joint Venture partners to support and promote the workshop.
This wasn’t as difficult as you may think!
On my first try, I just walked into a Curves – in a great jogging suit, with great hair and make-up. I walked in and asked for the owner.
I said to her, “As a business owner myself, I’m always looking ways to create money without putting any money out. I’m looking for a few partners in a project that can expose you to a lot of women who would then be exposed to Curves. Do you have a few minutes?”
Then I asked her, “Would you rather hand out the fliers and do the 10% option or do a hosting and get 20%?”
She couldn’t do it the first month, but she did it the next month and booked for 2 months!
You just have to do it, you just have to try. I wasn’t saying a lot. I showed her in a couple sentences – Make more money without paying out, expose more people to Curves – when she heard that, of course she was going to talk to me!
Once you get the partners for your Joint Ventures, you’ll want to give them their promotional copy (one of the ideas I live by in organizing Joint Ventures is: Always make it JOYFUL and EASY for your partners!)
It will always help to leverage your time when you can come up with a formula for writing copy. Once you have the template, all you have to do is plug in the details – no need to re-invent the wheel every time!
Here is a formula that you can use for writing copy that a JV partner can use to promote your in-person workshop: Read more
Why is Network Marketing a Good Option for Spiritualpreneurs?

I am absolutely passionate about the idea that everyone in the world needs to be a coach – if nothing else, then at least a coach for themselves.
I believe the world of business, and really, the world overall would be an incredibly transformed place if people were able to self-coach.
This comes back to the business of being more conscious about your relationship with yourself, of how what you do is so strongly influenced by what you believe.
It is a matter of looking at the inner and the outer, the yin and the yang, coming together.
I see it happening in more and more business organizations where people are wanting to be trained in how to be more coach-like in their interactions with others.
It’s what comes to the fore, for example, when dealing with improving employee morale or building effective teams.
If more network marketers could activate that self-coaching ability in themselves and assist others in their organization to do the same, it would have a huge impact on the business! Read more
What Does it Mean to be a Spiritualpreneur in Your Own Business?
December 22, 2008 by Sharon Wilson
Filed under Diversify Your Income, Spiritualpreneurism
Spiritualpreneurs are people that are really feeling called to do some kind of business, but in a different way than business is “normally” done.
I want to make it clear – being a Spiritualpreneur doesn’t have anything do to with having a “spiritual” kind of business – a healer, massage therapist, acupuncturist, psychic reader, etc. – those type of professions that are more “spiritually” oriented.
That’s not what being a Spiritualpreneur is about!
A Spiritualpreneur might be someone that owns a franchise, or works in the stock market, or someone that is also a mom-preneur.
It’s not about what you DO.
It is about HOW you want to experience your own business.
Spiritualpreneurs are those that recognize that business is just as important to run from an Inner level as it is from an Outer level. They are people that want to apply Universal Principles in their business because they can see the peace and success that it brings.
Spiritualpreneurs are people that have some sort of calling inside them to do something more – to make a difference – to serve others in a way that is beyond the sole goal of making money or attaining success.
I have had the opportunity to work with Spiritualpreneurs in many varied lines of business.
I worked with a Vice President of a bank that really felt a calling to serve people; she thought about doing volunteer work or changing her career. She actually ended up in one of my coaching programs and now consistently has clients!
It’s not only an extra added income stream for her, but it fulfills her desires and she likes what she’s doing.
One person that I started working with recently went through cancer. She is in remission and healed from the cancer, but one thing she noticed was that there wasn’t really a lot of support for cancer patients after all the treatments happened.
There can be long-term, residual physical issues from the ways of treating cancer. And this woman saw that there was really a need to work with people, to support them and hold their hand after they’ve gone through that journey. Read more
Do You Have a Powerful Vision of Success for Your Own Business?
December 19, 2008 by Sharon Wilson

Whatever actions you wish to take in your own business – whatever steps to make it successful, it is important to first lay a foundation for your actions at an energetic level.
One of the ways you can do this is through creating what I call a Magnetic Vision.
Do you have a Vision for success in your own business?
One thing that is imperative to begin with is that it’s really got to be OK, no matter what you are feeling. Some people say, “I don’t want to focus on what I don’t want”.
Why?
It’s there anyway. It’s like the pink elephant in the living room that someone tossed a blanket over. It’s still there! Simply make peace with it and let it be of use and value.
You’re never clearer about what you want than when you’re focused on something you don’t want.
You’re driving a car that doesn’t seem to be running well or looking very great. You’re very clear. You want a car that runs well and looks great.
It can be about anything. You can really shift the perception that it’s OK however you’re feeling. It’s OK if you’re focused on what you don’t want temporarily. Ultimately, this helps you get clearer on what you do want so that you can put it together in a way that’s a structured Vision that you can take action on as well.
Please have fun with this! This is where you’re really in the play and the joy of it and where the Vision becomes very, very real.
Often times when I’ve seen visions and I’ve done them myself, they’ve been all over the place. I used to think of myself, “OK – that’s great, but how do I get there? How do I get that to really happen?” It just felt very scattered.
For myself I needed something where I felt more structured, where I am clear – this is what it would look like and these would be the components of each of these categories. It really, really assisted me. You can always then add to or redo the Vision as you feel led.
It’s a fairly simple formula to create your Magnetic Vision for your business: Read more
