As You Work to ‘Dress for Success’, How Important is it to Balance Both Your Masculine and Feminine Sides in Business?

I was recently coaching a woman with a prominent position in her company. We were discussing her desire to be more feminine as she tried to dress for success in her business experience.
The truth was, she was very apprehensive about being perceived as feminine. She always dressed in pantsuits (the more ‘masculine’ attire) that were in basic, plain colors. She had some sort of horror instilled within her about being flashy.
I coached her that a woman can absolutely be fully feminine in business tastefully. The real idea of having to ‘dress for success’ includes activating your feminine side and nurturing your employees with a combination of both masculine AND feminine qualities. Both aspects are key to being a great leader. Read more
Do You Feel Like it’s the End of the Road if You’ve Had to File For Unemployment?

I had a client that was working in sales for a company that owed her about $150,000 in commissions. She lives in a state that is heavily enmeshed in the automotive industry and where the unemployment level has just skyrocketed. Her company was also connected with this industry and because of that she ended up being laid off, but the company still owed her a considerable amount of money.
The main reason she hasn’t been paid her commission yet is that they really don’t have it; they came up with a plan to pay it out over a period of time, but this amount had really built up over a long period of time and she was starting to get worried about it.
She was in talks with them about how they were going to pay the outstanding amount, and they actually kind of avoided her for a few weeks before they came back with their news.
This is what they told her – that they had re-looked at her commissions and the agreement they had made with her, and decided that they had miscalculated everything. From their new perspective on the agreement, they should have been paying her on net profit rather than gross sales.
Now, I looked at her agreement with her and we saw that it was written very loosely, and this company has a history of having very vague sort of agreements where one person will agree to something and it won’t be given in writing – a lot of things like that – and of course my client was very upset about this.
Well, then they came back and basically told her that rather than them owing her these commissions, SHE actually owed THEM money, and that they would be contacting her within 30 days to resolve her debt to them. Read more

Knowing the Laws of Attraction NOT the key?
June 9, 2009 by Sharon Wilson

I just want to give out a quick update this afternoon because this is such a great opportunity and I wanted to make sure you got a chance to join in. My friends, Master Law of Attraction coaches, Jeanna Gabellini and Eva Gregory, are saying, “Knowing the Law of Attraction is not your key to prosperity or nirvana. Sorry.”
Now, Jeanna and Eva literally walk, talk, eat, sleep, breathe, teach and coach the Laws of Attraction and have done so for ten years.
But guess what? Even they still get buggered up with resistance and need coaching to move beyond it!
Even when you have some success under your belt by deliberately focusing your attention on your desires, it takes constant attention. You may even find yourself working hard at the Law of Attraction. It’s a balancing act to focus on your goals with a light heart.

Are You Seeking Spirit Daily in Your Life & Business?

Joyful Greetings Spiritualpreneur!
As someone who has been going through the lessons in the 30 Day Empowered Spiritualpreneur Challenge, I feel guided today to share some further encouragement with you from the winners of the first Challenge, Ted McIntyre & Kelly Dame, about their experience…
“We had completely let go of the process [during the Challenge] – in fact, we felt like we had completely botched up the survey questions and had resigned to the fact that someone else would surely be the winner.
“We weren’t happy with our use of the tools; we wanted to have a better sense of integrating them and using them more effectively in our life and in our business, to the point where we were quite content to begin the course again. We turned it over [to Spirit] and asked for help to integrate the lessons and tools at a deeper level.
“When we listened to the coaching call from April 15, we were really impressed by so many of Sharon’s words – how she doesn’t do anything without asking Spirit daily…how she is constantly being shown the “how” about her belief that “the universe and everyone in it is there to do her good.”
“The emphasis was to keep looking for positive evidences – in scripting and everything else, and to “Ask, ask, ask”. Read more
Are You Using Dream Interpretation?

I had a very powerful dream when I went through my health ‘bump’ last year. It was an extremely powerful experience for me, and in large part was due to the fact that I had been doing a lot of dream interpretation and spiritually oriented work around dreams.
I really believe that dreams are an incredible opportunity for our Inner Guidance to connect with us during the time that we are most open to receiving guidance – our sleep! During the day is when you are consistently distracted – ‘jamming’ the airwaves if you will – and sleep is when the channels become clear.
So at this time of the health issues that I was experiencing, I had been praying and doing a lot of work about wanting to be free and healed of this thing that was going to require surgery.
I had never previously had any real health issues – the only time I was ever in the hospital was to have daughter, so I was very much not involved in the health system and all the associated feelings that go with that.
So when this health bump did come up, it really was an opportunity for growth, though that wasn’t easy to see right away at the time! As I explored options for healing, I began to look at every aspect of my life, and my dreams were also included in this experience.
I started to really look at my dreams and work with my spiritual mentor, Ruth Lee, on how I could begin to use my dreams to ultimately help in the process for my healing.
So during this time (it was actually the night before I was to go in for my pre-surgery tests), I had this powerful dream in which I was fighting something – it was like a black presence that was hanging over me and filling me with fear. Read more
Are You Asking for Guidance?

How many times have you purchased a program, signed up for a class, listened in on a tele-training, paid for
instructional materials…and then realized 3 months or 6 months or a year down the road that the books are gathering dust in the corner, your class attendance dies off, and none of it seemed to make any difference?
I have seen this very phenomenon with client after client and program after program – something always seems to be missing. Some key element of connection is not present – it’s like plugging a cord into a wall with no electrical current running through it.
The action is right, but you’re never going to get the desired effect!
What if you could find that missing piece? The spark that you need to give power to all of the learning that
you want to put into action for your business success – for your life success? Read more
Are You Creating Residual Income Through Writing Articles?

Have you ever heard the phrase, “Content is King”?
When it comes to running your business, that phrase truly applies in every aspect of your marketing – and it’s actually an exciting part of being a Spiritualpreneur, because it’s a tremendous opportunity to offer great value to your subscribers (and potential subscribers) through the regular words that you are offering to them.
That being said, have you considered regularly contributing articles of great content and submitting them to be published online?
The importance of articles in today’s websites and internet based companies are immeasurable. It has actually become a key element in bringing profit to a business.
If you own or operate a website, it is important to include articles in your site that will work for you and earn you the many benefits articles can give to your business.
Why is this so important?
Articles have been known to be the driving force in sending traffic to a website. Articles factor heavily into giving a site high rankings in search engine results. The higher a site ranks the bigger slice of the traffic flow pie it gets. Increases in traffic flow bring about more profits and more potential for other income generating possibilities – including residual income.
But remember, it is not just about stuffing your site with articles! There are certain requirements that should be met to obtain the maximum benefits that an article can provide for your site.
A well written article will catch the eye and interest of your subscribers and keep them coming back for more. It can be a great service that you provide, and raises the potential of your site being recommended to others.
As you begin creating your articles, remember the following four tips that all articles should have to be successful and helpful in bringing overflowing traffic to your site! Read more
Truck Driver Turned Spiritual Seller?

You may have already heard of Joe Nunziata – a good friend, colleague of mine, and fellow Spiritualpreneur.
A couple of days ago I had the privilege of interviewing Joe on my Blog Talk Radio Show, Empowering Spiritualpreneurs, where we discussed how Joe moved gradually from the position of New York truck driver, to entrepreneur, to the Spiritual Seller that he is today.
What Joe teaches is so much in alignment with what you are learning here in the Spiritualpreneur Challenge and the blog, and it is always exciting to see further evidence of the power of using these transformative principles to achieve amazing success in life and business.
One of the things Joe and I discussed was how important it is to attract clients and customers not only based on how much money they have or how big their business is, but on their personal traits.
Joe emphasized this huge part of being a Spiritual Seller or a Spiritualpreneur is that you are always wanting to blend both sides of someone – they may have great business, but does their character match up as well? Read more
Where is Your Spiritual Guidance Leading You?
April 23, 2009 by Sharon Wilson

When I began applying Spiritualpreneur principles in my business, everything began working almost magically!!
I was seeing EVIDENCE! – tangible results! My Coaching program grew and grew, and I began to really understand that my spiritual guidance – my connection to God, my Inner Coach, Spirit (or whatever you choose to call that energy) was my only true Source.
I saw that every person has been given Divine Laws to live by – and that these laws require you to take responsibility for what you are thinking, feeling, speaking and acting because of how it affects your vibration and therefore what you attract into your life!
You do truly reap what you sow! Now all these phrases make sense to me!
What a ride it has been so far! It has not all been smooth, and I am coming to really know that is part of the process of Life. I now understand that, when it seems to be less than smooth, it is merely contrast.
Contrast is simply me wanting to create something new, and that at some level I am not believing it yet!
As I work with my Inner Coach, and apply the tools of Spirit Coaching, I daily allow myself to loosen any old vibrations that may seem to block me, and as I surrender the specific outcome of whatever I am wanting, it eventually shows up! Most times in even grander ways than I ever imagined!!
When I was first learning how to trust the spiritual guidance I was receiving more and more, a feeling of peace was always prevalent. I still struggled with fears at times – the same fears that plague all entrepreneurs – so I asked for a tool to help me release these fears, and I was given another “prescription”. Read more
