Do You Know How To Visualize Something In Your Business?

One of my clients Joan, will fly me in to meet at her office to work on planning sessions every few months.  In these planning sessions we identify her core beliefs, find what has shifted for her  and do some visualization to help her find what she wants to have happen for her.

Joan recently wanted to focus on the challenge she was having with her operations management.  She was overwhelmed, doing everything herself and needed help.

I had her do a visualization exercise to define what her ideal operational aspect of her business would be.  Joan’s visualization showed someone else taking care of  her email responses, blog posts, social networking posts, billing and collections, and also being a joint venture manager.

In the middle of this visualization, Joan came up with an idea of Mary, a woman currently in one of her programs that she thought would be perfect for this.  As soon as she said this, I had her stop and call Mary.
In Joan’s conversation with Mary, she found that Mary had just been thinking of how much she enjoyed Joan’s program and that she would like to be more involved with her business.  She had been trying to think of ways she could be an asset to Joan at the same time Joan was thinking of her to help with the operations management!

Because of the vibrational energy that Mary and Joan were both sending out, Universe aligned them with each other, which may not have otherwise occurred.

Do You Have Visualization Boards For Your Business Adventure?

Where is Your Business Adventure Taking You?

We’ve all heard of the Midlife Crisis.  My husband had a Midlife Adventure.

A couple years ago my husband decided in the dead of winter that he wanted to get a red, convertible sports car.  Now, we live in an area with not a lot of sunny days.  We have a lot of rain and also snow.  Did I mention he stated this after we had 10 inches of snow that day?

I suggested to him that he start a visualization board.  I have these in every area of my house for visualizing each new project that I want to accomplish.

Since it was winter, we wouldn’t be getting the car until spring anyway so he had plenty of time to visualize what he wanted.  I suggested more sunny days so he could drive the car often as well.

One day, I noticed that we had been having more sunny days and mentioned this to my husband.  He said that every day he got out of bed and said to himself “This is going to be a convertible day.”

By the time we ordered the car, we had a record stetting 51 sunny days in a row with no rain.  My husband even downloaded the newscast stating this fact onto my iPod.

Now I ask you…Do you have visualization boards for your business adventure? Read more

Where is Your Spiritual Guidance Leading You?

When I began applying Spiritualpreneur principles in my business, everything began working almost magically!!

I was seeing EVIDENCE! – tangible results! My Coaching program grew and grew, and I began to really understand that my spiritual guidance – my connection to God, my Inner Coach, Spirit (or whatever you choose to call that energy) was my only true Source.

I saw that every person has been given Divine Laws to live by – and that these laws require you to take responsibility for what you are thinking, feeling, speaking and acting because of how it affects your vibration and therefore what you attract into your life!

You do truly reap what you sow! Now all these phrases make sense to me!

What a ride it has been so far! It has not all been smooth, and I am coming to really know that is part of the process of Life. I now understand that, when it seems to be less than smooth, it is merely contrast.

Contrast is simply me wanting to create something new, and that at some level I am not believing it yet!

As I work with my Inner Coach, and apply the tools of Spirit Coaching, I daily allow myself to loosen any old vibrations that may seem to block me, and as I surrender the specific outcome of whatever I am wanting, it eventually shows up! Most times in even grander ways than I ever imagined!!

When I was first learning how to trust the spiritual guidance I was receiving more and more, a feeling of peace was always prevalent. I still struggled with fears at times – the same fears that plague all entrepreneurs – so I asked for a tool to help me release these fears, and I was given another “prescription”. Read more

Are You Manifesting What You Want in Your Business?

Greg Braden, a former earth scientist and author of the Isaiah Effect, has this to say about the power and value you can find in visualizing and manifesting:

The Soup of Creation exists as a state of all possibilities. All of the components for all the things we could ever conceive of, including life itself, exist as this state of possibility.

Although the components are there to build them, there has been no trigger to “nudge” them into motion.

The idea is very similar to making rock candy from a jar of sugared water. WE may place many tablespoons of sugar into the water and watch as sugar dissolves and disappears. Though we no longer see the sugar, we know it is hidden there somewhere in the water.

The sugar remains in the same state–invisible–until something comes along, a catalyst that triggers a new opportunity for the sugar and water to interact.

That trigger can be as simple as placing a fiber like a string into the water. The sugar-laden water seeps into the string, it evaporates and leaves behind the sugar.

In the absence of the water, the sugar now crystallizes into a new expression of itself. Read more

How Do You Create the Foundation for Taking Action in Starting Your Own Business?

Yesterday I talked about making a 30-Day Action Plan for starting your own business.  The thing is, there are many layers to making a plan and taking action, and the stronger your foundation is, the greater your success will be.

If you are creating an Action Plan for your own business, it is a good idea to always make sure to include the following foundational steps – taking the time to create what I call an Energy Blueprint:

First, surface up the energy that you have activated about whatever goal or project you want to work on.  No matter what it is, it’s OK.

You are going to write down the beliefs, patterns, evidences, and actions – anything that’s serving you about your business.

Next, identify the beliefs that may not be serving you as well.  Drill them down! You will write these down as well.

Following that, you will create one new progressive belief – something that makes you feel just a little bit better.

You can use what I call a Merry-Go-Round visualization to assist you in emerging a progressive belief by imaging a Merry-Go-Round in a children’s park.

When you are on this kind of Merry-Go-Round, you have to run around in a circle, holding onto the bars until you have gathered enough momentum, or energy, to jump on.

If you don’t have enough momentum you won’t be able to get on.

If you are running too fast and try to jump on, you may get tossed further by the momentum. You will be able to visualize through this if you are a vibrational match to the progressive belief by seeing and feeling in this visualization if you got “On” the Merry-Go-Round.

After you have emerged a progressive belief, you will use that new belief daily in an energy management tool called Scripting. Read more

What is an Important Step You Need to Take in Your Visualization Process of Attracting Your Ideal Clients

I talk a lot about the importance of visualization and how significant it can be in your process of really knowing what kind of qualities you are looking for in your ideal client.

As you proceed with your visualization, make sure that you are always surrounding yourself with white light, because you only want to tap into this visualization process through light.
