In the energetics of serving, the energy is moving away from your agenda, i.e. what’s in it for me, and convincing people to do things.

The move is to a clear Intention of serving, which is connecting with Spirit and coming from a place of coaching and support.

A core part of the process is that you want to help surface the lower level energies from your Problem/Solution Template in your conversation with the person. (This process can be used in groups and other ways, and I teach that in my Empowered Spiritualpreneur Program, but I suggest you focus first on your one on one connections.
